ive got a 24 month contract with three which started in april.
now ive moved address and they admitted it was patchy and there were no plans for it to be improved at all
do i stand any chance of getting the contract canceled or reduced because i cant use the service. ive tried another 3 dongle and that still does not workLive each day as if its your last0 -
Hi everyone,
Has anyone any experience of 3 mobile broadband PAYG?
Basically, I bought one for £19.99 (so no ready-to-go extra) and it works but I've not topped it up yet..... I've tried it on a mac and a PC now and both let me surf the web.
I'm a bit, A. confused as to why it's letting me and B. concerned if they're going to bill me for this usage some other way?
Obviously, I do intend to top up - but I'm just interested if I've completely missed something that's going on here...

thats strange mine never let me do that.
did you activate the sim at all? they may have added 150 mb to your account for free they do this when you top up by £10.
also are you sufing the net properly or just doing a search on google but not entering any web pages?
the only reason i ask is because google pages are free to browse
or you could just go to my three and check your balance that should tell you how much internet is on your account

They can't send you a bill for PAYG as they would have no record of who you are (unless you bought it online).No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I havent topped it up yet but can still surf the whole web.
They must give a certain amount for free.0 -

Hiya,
Yeah surfing the web properly, even streaming some music - although I'm not over-using it just in case.
The my3 login still says that I've not gone over any usage allowances or have any allowance.
It did stop working for a bit earlier, but then it started again.
I've not activated the SIM I don't think, I just put it in and started using it. I've not topped up at all either.
I did buy it online though - so they do have my credit card details0
