It seems you have been spreading this rubbish over many forums such as DS.
Anyone would think you work for BT
I would guess you are a heavy user if you actually were a CW TT customer, and you got a bit annoyed when they threw you off.0 -
1) I don't work for BT.
2) Nor do I work for Telewest who my broadband is now with.
3) My broadband with TalkTalk was useless from day 1 without even being able to download.
4) My comments are far from rubbish, maybe you work for TalkTalk.
5) TalkTalk are known to have ropey infrastructure for their broadband.
6) I am not at all a heavy user, when I was with TalkTalk even if I wanted to be a heavy user, I couldn't because they were crippling all downloads at all times, that's why I was offered 150 meg web-space as a sweetener, and then allowed to migrate FOC as they couldn't resolve the issues, as they didn't want to spend the money on adding more pipes.
If people want to join TalkTalk for broadband that is up to them, but then they can't come complaining when they find their service poor.
I used to recommend TalkTalk when they didn't do broadband, but from when they launched their broadband has been very unreliable, they didn't have enough pipes to cope with the number of customers, what makes you think they will now? It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
Not RESOURCEFUL, hence chose not to go with TalkTalk. With the no. of people abandoning the SERVICE they are likely to go bust.0
