I have found it on carphonewarehouse to upgrade but hoe do I do it? I usually use orange direct, so if i were to upgrade do I contact orange r.e bundles etc or shoudl I phone orange up - its not on the website yet though.....

I really want the silver one....

Well assuming Orange and O2 got the same date for direct at least tomorrow is the day you can do an upgrade direct. So I would say wait until tomorrow and give Orange a call

Still not on their website I'll phone up soon though
I would be happy to take a 24 month contract but worried the phone won't last

I upgraded to this phone at the weekend & it arrived today looks great.

I'm on O2 and when I contacted them, I was told that it will not be available on O3 until July. Carphone Warehouse say that it is exclusive to them at the moment, but they gave me a good deal for an upgrade. Not sure if you can upgrade onto other networks with it, but worth checking their website now - before they put up the price of deals.

Yeh I can upgrade via them and want to use them as I want the silver one!! just unsure about things, so emailed them today. Might give them a call but scared!! stupid as it sounds but I'm happy to stay on what I'm paying even although I don't always use it cos if I had lower and went over it'd be more expensive!!!
Can you let me know how it is after a few days?? did you get the silver one??? it looks lush!!!

It seems to be available on phones4u with orange as well? That's the deal I have my eye on, although I know I should really sacrifice the newer high spec handset to get a cheaper rental etc. It's so hard to resist!

I know!!! looks good, I just want to upgrade, will stay the same but if they want to reduce they can!!!
Just unsure if I do via carphonewarehouse what happens if phone is faulty, who do I contact??
Also who do I take insurance out with - orange or cpw??! I'm really blonde sometimes!!!

You don't necessarily have to take out insurance with either - you can shop around for whatever is cheapest/best for you.

I am not sure about who deals with faults/problems with carphone warehouse. I got my phone with phones4u and fortunately never had any problems, but if I had I would probably have though the network rather than the store, but I'm not sure.

Thanks, I've emailed them asking things anyway so will see if they reply if not I'll phone up, they seem ok will ask around and see if anyone has used them before - think someone at work has

phone looks great, should definitely be coming out on orange direct/retail (nothing is ever definite though) no exact date that i know of tho
