I know I just wifi at home so its on auto connect here not been able to try and get in an open network yet, sorry not much help
Does your screen saver work ok?
If it happens again I'm going to cancel my orange contract - they have changed prices etc so seemingly you can request to leave and only other network I can get is vodafone so may change0 -
Never got the screen saver to work. But I got a call from P4U last night saying my 5800 was in (finally) so I've swapped and the wifi is so much easier on it. Think you may need to ask on a sony ericsson forum or on a net forum as this is how i found the answer for my 5800's wifi (set all access points to "always ask" if it has it i think)** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

Were you able to access your photos via file manager - thats my main issue.
I doubt I'll be able to change phone if it happens again cos I won't be a happy bunny!0
