themobs.com isn't on the poll of those who DON'T pay up and I've heard of loads of people from this site and from others. They have eventually paid 2 quaters but only after my Trading Standards wrote to them!! And now I'm chasing them for Feb's claim to no avail it seems.0

These polls are ok but......
It's ok showing how many people have had cashback problems, but what is the percentage against people that have had good service..
For example - CPW may have 6 people lose their cashback claim and Mobile Rainbow only 3.
But if CPW sold 1,000 cashback and Mobile Rainbow sold 100 - then CPW would be giving a better service.

My problem is royal mail!
They never record that the post has been delivered. I have lost two items and missed cashback because of them. Cant blame the phone company if royal mail are so useless.
In future will be using special delivery for all postage items. Recorded delivery only gives compensation of £30 which is crap, compared to the cashback of £60+.0 -
Hi,
Is there any legal way to challenge the lost cash back due to fault of royal mail losing recorded delivery item?
Thanks in advance0 -
recorded delivery isn't guaranteed only special. Nowadays seems teh foolproof way is special deliver to make sure so extra £15-20 to be taken into account on any 12 month free deal etc0

Hi, I hope this is in the right place.....
I got an O2 phone through mobiles.co.uk last year offering half price line rental. I missed claiming my first lot of cashback but applied for the second installment only to recieve a reply from them stating that "infact this offer was not available when you placed the order"! I have gone back and checked all my paperwork only to find it extremely vague and fails to tell me abything but I had clicked on the offer to buy the phone otherwise I would have never bought it.
Has anyone else experienced this? I don't think there is anything I can do due to the lack of information about my purchase/contract supplied by mobiles.co.uk which makes it difficult to prive anything.:coffee: I love saving money!0 -
most of those companies are all the same.. Carphone Warehouse,e2save and onestophoneshop are all the same company0
