No one has mentioned Dialaphone.
They are very good at paying cashback, though as some have pointed out their deals aren't that brilliant compared to some of the others, but I say one bird in the hand is worth 10 in the bush.
I am on my 4th set of contracts with them and can say hand on heart that they have paid EVERY cashback claim to date.
There were some issues which were resolved:
On some current contracts I had as I had ported numbers over from previous contracts. However when I sent my claim in they returned it saying it had not been sumitted correctly. I contacted them and they looked into it further and established that they had confused the current contracts with those that had been terminated. They apologised and promised over the phone to authorise payment. I got texts, e mails and letters to confirm this then the money reached my bank account a few days later.
When receiving separate bills from the same network provider I used to put them in the same envelope. On one occasion only one was processed. They obvioulsy missed the 2nd. On phoning them they advised me to send the next bill out for the other line asap. Dialaphone allowed you to do this then. I did this and the cashback was duly processed.
About 6 months later I sent bills in two separate envelopes by the PO signed for service. One was processed but they couldn't find the other. I was able to give them a tracking number, which they immediately confirmed receipt of, apologised and authorised the payment.Behind every great man is a good womanBeside this ordinary man is a great woman£2 savings jar - now at £3.42:rotfl:0 -
They claimed that they have not received one sheet of the bill when the whole bill was posted Recorded Delivery.
NOT ONCE but TWICE. Same thing to my wifes contract sent seperately but both rejected claims received on the same day?
I am out of pocket about £700. Please BEWARE. One thing is claiming that no bill has been received but to lose a sheet from 2 different bills - on the same day - voiding 2 claims is highly SUSPICIOUS.0 -
Been chasing my 2nd cashback from The Link.
Phoned them on 2 occassions:
26June - confirmed cheque was printed on 15 June. Allow 21 days to receive.
06July - confirmed cheque was printed on 05 July. Allow 14 days to receive.
Wonder what they will tell me if I call again next week.

I've had a nightmare with mobileshop. Two phones £70/month full cashback offered. Then when I tried to claim, no response until I threatened them with legal action. then they said that the company I'd contracted with was not the mobile shop but another company which had gone into liquidation (B2B which interestingly had the same address). When I said I was going to sue nonetheless pointing out that the only paperwork I'd had was from the mobileshop they said that this had been sent in error but in the circumstances they would repay me. I'm still waiting for my cash and considering legal action.0

The company is not showing up yet as in administration or liquidation and their website is still trading; where have you heard the owners are bankrupt?Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
ive been with onestopphoneshop over the past year and after a few problems, i have received all of my cashbacks so far. At month 4 they sent me the wrong address and i after a lot of hassle got the redemption money 6 months late. At month 8 they said i sent the cashback too early even though it was my 8th month bill (so i guess that is parlty my fault) i just sent the bill again the got the money. I have just received my 12 month bill, the contract is due to cancel on the 19th of september. I gave my notice to cancel my orange contract on the 20th August, does anyone think i will have any problems with my final cashback? on the osps cashback calculator it says the earliest i can redeem my cashback is 15th september.0

I doubt James Bond's colleagues would post on an internet forum with such potentially libelous (?) information ;)Will watch out for those 'quite' areas though.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0
