i too have been conned by click mobile...i have an orange deal and recently took up two 3 deals. I stand to lose 1500 pounds. i have written to the service provider as it looks unlikely click mobile will be giving cash back to their customers as 3 and orange are not operating with them. Has anyone had anyluck with the service provider or does anyone know if click will actually pay the customers back the cash back it owes to its customers. i did hear that the shop might open on the 9th september. please keep us updated!!!!
  • hi all
beware new kid on the block, Directphoneshop. This is Mobile Rainbow in disguise - same emails, tel no's (& offers, incidentally). I ordered a phone from rainbow but now learn they have none in stock, waiting for supplies so have emailed to cancel the contract before it has begun (I'll also be ringing with the same instruction). Am taking it that I'm ok doing this as they have already failed on their 'next day delivery' offer.
  • hi,
I've bought from and successfully claimed from onestopphoneshop and Mobles2yourdoor - both with no issues and with fairly swift cheques (within a month of claiming). What experience does anyone have of Mobiles.co.uk?

Maybe you did have good experience, but Onestop is now E2Save and an increasing number of people like you who found them good have changed their minds. Mobiles is another cpw company with (apparently) easier and clear t&c and a different management to E2save; as such, they definitely can't be any worse (or even near as bad come to that). I have used them once so far, and would much prefer them to and part of E2Save. However, Mobiles2yourdoor are still by far the best in terms of honesty, clarity and being a known quantity in my view. Generally, they also offer the best deals nowadays. However, most of this you could find out for yourself without asking questions on here - especially since it's much better to do your own research AND then keep up to date rather than relying on past experience. E2Save USED to be a far better bet than Phones4u - now it has completely switched around, in the space of 18 months. After all, how do you judge the quality of the answers from people you don't know?
