    How about (sorry to be really pedantic) companies who have caused problems that have been overcome?

    I've had a few probs with dialaphone on the current contract but they all got resolved.

    I've got my cashback from CPW, but only because i had to fight for it, 4 months is the longest i've had to wait so far!!
    OSPS, who get some bad press paid up no problem!!
