Well if you keep updaing this & posting to say you have, it'll stay near the top - then you could link to both polls in the first post?

OK, I've added the links but I still think it makes so much more sense if the polls themselves are stickied then they don't disappear off the first page after a day and folk are far more likely to vote on them.Join the Sarcasm Appreciation Society.

I've just added the links to my sig. If a few more people do the same they'll probably get more exposure than a sticky.
BTW has anyone actually contacted a mod to ask for stickies?0 -
I'm glad that people are finding the polls useful - though the lack of feedback on the last 4 means the same queries about them keep cropping up!
I'm not sure that the 3 polls plus this (v. useful!) thread could be amalgamated into one "sticky". The forum doesn't need 4 more stickies, but if the threads were combined I think posts would be put in chronological order - and would make no sense!

First of all, links in signatures are not allowed as per this rule. Although you can ask abuse for permission for a link to another part of MSE and if granted they will post the user name on the list in This Site.
SIGNATURE LINKS
The only links permitted in signatures are those of the MSE team, the Forum team, Board Guides and links to charity (ie they are on the Charities Commission Register of Charities).
