Yes they have cut me off.
They say I used 60 hours last week. While that is a lot I pointed out that their website says you can use 168 hours a week and that I was nowhere near that. I also quoted their front page which says: "Unlike our competitors we won't restrict your internet time on either platform." The customer service guy said I can see where you are coming from but our T&C's say that if you over use the service such as with an unattended connection they can close your account. I don't have an unattended connection and argued that their advertising states the opposite anyway and as such the T&Cs were unfair but it made no difference. He also mentioned they cut you off if you have your dialer set to auto reconnect if you get disconnected.
I'm reporting the matter to Trading Standards and the Advertsing Standards Authority.
If you are a medium to high user then I would avoid Fast4.0 -

Well it certainly looks as though FAST 4 are getting a continuous bad press. I would definitely be peed off if I was disconnected for 60 hours use like GeoThermal. Personally I have not had too many probs. Connects OK during the day but evenings it is a lottery. Looks as though the switch to BB will soon take place. Well that's my complaint sent off to Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority. The latter only seem to deal with website complaints if it is to do with a special offer. Don't know if this qualifies as that but if not they say Trading Standards is the way to go.0

It may pay you to send a letter to your MP. I did this in relation to a mobile phone company several years ago and he caused all sorts of problems for them!

Will maybe contact them as well but Trading Standards seems to be the one for complaints regarding websites. From the ASA site:
"Websites. Misleading claims about websites should be reported to your local trading standards department (https://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk) You can, however, complain to us about sales promotions run on websites such as special offers,"0
