FAST 4 CONNECTION DIARY 2

Options
Sorry Alared and the others Did a search but couldn't find the old thread, I expect it has "bitten the dust" so to speak. But just wondered if anyone else has had problems with connection recently. It has been fine for weeks but the last few days, absolute pain in the whatsit!! In the evenings especially but afternoons also. And e-mail connection also c**p!
How are the rest of the old gang faring ?? Am writing this on One Tel dial-up at 1.5p per min. Can get cheaper with Aardvaak but need to keep OneTel going for the e-mail addresses!

Happy Christmas to all !!!!

I actually searched for the old thread yesterday too! We are on the original £5.00 per month, which has been fantastic for quite afew months, I've even recommended Fast 4 to friends on the strength of the good service. But........the last 3 days have been awful, I'm usually at work during the day, but was off on Wednesday when it took about an hour to connect mid afternoon. Last night it was impossible-went to bed early in the end. Found it easier now tho.................but note the time!!! Whats happening????
    :j
  • I have so many problems in this last week, I just cant get on. I am going to cancel today and sign up with another!

Hi Theloft and all (I think Leo is on tour)

Went to the members area of F4 today and they are blaming BT.
It has been crap the last few days but everything seems to be back to normal now.
It gets up my nose about the gang paying £5 and £6-99 while I`m still on £8-99 (LOL) :'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(

a few days ago i could not connect at all. :'(

at the price, cant worry, dont think theres any cheaper? ;D

only a week until i get broadband, then i can kiss dial-up goodbye. :D
  • Hi all,

Given up giggin for the time being.

I can't find my original thread either, anyway, I have had a few connection problems recently but not quite as bad as some of you.

I am an £8.99 per month customer. I wonder if this makes any difference? Surely they must know who pays £6.99 per month and who pays £8.99 per month.

    Cheers

    Leo  :)  :)

Edit; I have just had a look at all my previous posts and the original F4 thread has gone.
Dont you just love freshly congealed pigs blood, with a bit of fat in :D
  • I have had similar recent problems this last week. This happened around six months ago for about a week and then they sorted it out and we went off swimmingly up to now....

    I agree its a pain but hey.....£6.99

I can put up with it rather than lose it for a short period.
