they now advertise at £6.99 per month on their website so don't see how they cannot offer it to you for the same rate. Tell them you are going to cancel ! Or just cancel anyway, as it is a monthly rate and then rejoin at the new rate as suggested by someone else on this thread ! It is still the best value (and I'm still on £5 p.m.) !!! Has anyone had any problems connecting to Fast 4 lately?0 -
Connecting to Fast 4 over the holiday period has been mixed, sometimes no problem at all, but on New Years Day I think my dialler went up to 30, before I disconnected and used a PAYG (Aardvaak). It all seems back to normal to-day and this evening have connected without probs. As usual the evenings are the most difficult time, because that is when the contention ration is fully hammered and I think that us cheapies on the lower rate, get 2nd billing. Still I'm not complaining at this price. Happy New Year to all.

Absolutely hopeless in the evening,just set the dialler off and make some coffee,have a shower or whatever.
Luckely i only have it for 1 month whilst sorting out a broadband package!0 -
It is amazing how quickly Topics disappear ! This has gone off the leader page despite a reply on Jan 4. Now somebody has started another thread about Fast 4.

Hi all,
Well, my computer disconnected from F4, at the two hour cut off period, at about 5.30pm today.
I think you know what is coming next,
My computer has been dailling out since the aforementioned disconnection and I have not been able to connect to F4 since.
I am currently connected via my freeserve payg account.
How is everybody else's connection?

Just thought I would update Fast 4 isp users that tonight it took me 3 hours and 32 mins to connect to Fast 4. Now I know it states on there website that
Unlimited means no weekly time restrictions but does not guarantee connection in
the event of congestion, network or system failures. Terms and conditions apply.
But there does have to be some kind of service!! I mean we are paying for a service to be provided here and it just is not happening in the evening!!!0
