I had the same problem. Am trying to find out if it happened to a lot of people, as I suspect0

there does seem to be alot of people. so is it with the same company or a different one, saying that i think they are all interlinked.0

You can use the online form, unless you have a lot to write. Just write non payment of £sum and breach of contract. Include all the expenses that cost you to chase them up i.e phone calls, postage and even solicitor cost.
I haven't use the mobs before, currently with e2save and osps. Many people have problems with the companies I mentioned too, but I have got all my cashbacks from them and had one cheque delayed.
I have never took out a court claim on these phone companies as I have got all the cashbacks. Taking court action will result you getting your money back and show them you are not a mug as they would like to think. Hope you guys get all your expenses back soon.0 -
Well i am going to give it a try and hopefully i will get it back it is worth the £30 to get it. thanks again for you help. Its suprising on how much help you do get on here. i do keep on reading bits on here but never actually thought about putting anything up on here until today.0

Just a word of warning. I am just about to enter another battle with the mobs.com over my cashback.. they owe me £300 and will not pay up. I have searched the net and have found 1000's of people not getting there cashback. something should be done about them.
Everyone with a complant should go to the small clame courts it costs just £30 and when you win what you will do the mobs.com will have to pay that back as well inc all costs.. e.g letters phone calls and time.0 -
Sent letter as advised from consumerdirect giving mobs.com 10 days to pay cashback.
Does anyone know how i can put small claim against them as i can't use moneyclaim because i live in Scotland so would anyone have an idea how to do likewise in Scotland as i definately won't be giving up on cashback , we should all report them to watchdog & working lunch & maybbe they would take up the story of these bunch of cowboys.:mad:0 -
hiya's again. still fuming about my no cashback:(
maybe someone could help me. i have absolutely nothing left of my claim for cashback except my delivery notes (2 phones) I have sent everything off to themobs. The first time i lost my claim as they said i hadnt sent off the right documents, i sent aphotocopy instead of original. so i accept that as my fault.
with the regards the second claim, i have no proof of delivery except my word and am near sure it means nothing. they are refusing to pay me anything. do i ahve a leg to stand on if i make a claim? i have spent a fortune in time and money on calls pursuing this, and dont really want to waste another 30 quid making a claim if i'll lose? anyone help?
NB PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THE MOBS ANYONE. LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES, AND SAVE YOURSELF MONEY.

I have two cashback claims to The Mobs since April - not getting anywhere. Everytime I phone they tell me they have my cashback paper work and will process on Friday that week or two weeks later but nothing happens. I have written to them giving them 14 days and intend to start small claims process against them.

I sent this to watchdog recently
Hi
In January I atook out a Mobile with a company called the MOBS I have since discovered they are also called Mobile phone solutions and Choose 3
The deal was to have a 3 mobile that would normally cost you £35 a month and this would be supplied for £2.99 a month instead. My First instinct is that this has got to be too good to be true (I should have stuck with my instinct!)
When I rang them about thaking the phone out I asked them..."so I will be billed £2.99 a month then?" they said yes to this.
When the phone was delivered I was dismayed to find that I would have to pay the £35 a month and then claim back after 6 months and 12 m
The phone was supplied with some claim vouchers, which they stated were non replaceable so I really kept them safe.
After 6 months I sent them the Claim form with my bank details and 3 months worth of my Bills all by recorded delivery. 7 days later the money was not in my account. I rang the 0870 number and I was on hold for 40 mins. Eventually I was told that they would need the original delivery sheet (which I luckily still have) I asked them if they were planning on writing to me to inform me that further evidence was needed and they said no!
Last week I mailed them the delivery sheet by recorded delivery to

The letter came back this morning from Royal mail stating ‘addressee has gone away’
A 40 minute wait through to them confirmed that we had sent it to the correct address.
A quick search on the internet this morning has confirmed my worst fears! This company are common criminals masquerading as a reputable company
Please have a look at the droves of other people who have had issues with them

Please look into this!
I have had a horrid year and I have recenly been in hospital for surgery and I would really appreciate it if someone could bring these criminals to justice
NO RESPONSE!!
since then They have had all my forms and they have had their 29 days and when I rang them today they stated that it would take another 14 days due to system promlems!!! To say I lost my Rag is an understatement!!
I called trading standards and they have told me to send this letter

To the Managing Director
I write in reference to my ongoing cashback claim. You have received all my details and documents, and I was told on the phone on the 13th of October that the money would take 28 days to reach my account. I rang on the 13th November and I was told that it would be in my account on the 20th at the very latest.
I contacted you on November the 20th to find out where the payment was and I was told that it would be another 14 days. This is unacceptable.
3 Mobile are aware of the situation and are investigating the issues I am having with your company. You have made claims to them that the money has already been paid to me, which is incorrect..
I have given you reasonable opportunity to resolve my complaint. You have failed to do so.
I have contacted trading standards and unless the money reaches my account within 10 days, not working days. I will have to take court action. The costs of this action will be added to my claim.
I have had enough of your company’s excuses. And I would like to point out that the statement on your website “Take it from the experience of over 5000 happy customers every month we are a name to trust.” Should be removed!

I just contacted my local trading standard (TS) who contacted West Yorkshire TS and guess what, they have a file on this company which is probably as big as the empire state building!!!!
She said to me that West Yorks TS are looking into it but do not hold hope of getting your money as compaines like this always tend to go bankrupt! also they are not looking healthy at the moment. I was absolutely livid , why should we take the hit when all we have done is claim as per terms and conditions.
Do we have any MSE's in this field? do we stand a chance of getting this money back? is there some sort of Act we can use to sue them? or do we just say bye bye to our money just like the fairpak people did?
