    Cheerz sloughflint!

I've e-mailed bb support and cust serv. Gonna send a snail mail letter to the head of credit control who sent the letter. What a bunch of A-holes this firm are!

What is mad is one of the operator johnnies said I'm still connected to TT @ £27/month. If I go and enter my Tel No on their sign up page it says 'Welcome Back'. They just dont have a clue.

As for all the MUGS signing up I hope they don't have this much hassal but the words "told you so" could be the most used on this forum!

    TalkTalk I hate you!

When I managed to escape TalkTalk broadband, they let me go after 2.5 months without penalty, as they admitted their service was useless, yet for about four months they kept sending bills, called up and they said well your not on the system, so you shouldn't still be getting bills.

Note: Ensure when you dump this useless service you cancel your DD.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!

Having got no responses to any of the emails sent in the last few days and still no paper bill, I am typing a letter to TT. That is all I am prepared to do and will sit and wait re debt collection agency. However I am so cheesed off with this company and feel for all the poor souls signing up to this company and wondered if there was anything more I could do. Can I report the WHOLE matter ( ie MAC code plus billing problems) to Ofcom? I've never done anything like that before. Any advice? Or should I not bother creating more work for myself?

I was a Ontel Customer. No problem until I moved house April 27th. Quoted 21days to move my broadband. Talk Talk (same company) quoted 21 days for new connection. signed up because cheaper than Onetel and strongly recommended by Matin Lewis. Heard nothing for 10 days. Checked on TT website for progress and told broadband connection would be July 6th. (10 weeks from order). Cancelled everything and will consider Tiscal when I get my Migration No. from Onetel. Any advice on Tiscali???

Tiscali, TalkTalk and Bulldog are the three worst broadband providers.

I agree Tiscali and TalkTalk are the worst, don't know about Bulldog personally but I've heard bad things here and elsewhere.

Just escaped TalkTalk today - broadband service has been transferred from TT to Be. 12 times faster and it shows. :D

Will cancel DD now (don't think they even charged me last month). :rotfl:
