Well,well,well.
Just received a £25 goodwill gesture cheque from TT for all my troubles.0 -
Well done sloughflint!0

Well I've sent a letter to their complaints address demanding a refund of my overcharged subscription, given them 10 working days then stated that I shall by starting small claims court action to recover the sum owed.0

Hmmmmmm it took Talktalk nearly 3 weeks to give me my MAC, but it took Eclipse only 3 days............see what difference a proper ISP makes0
-
Indeed, when I migrated to TalkTalk from Wanadoo, they managed to produce a MAC instantly when I was on the phone. So if those muppets can get it right, TalkTalk have got a long way to go. They are far from incompetant - they are downright criminal.0

This morning to my horror i have received an overdue notice for £14.99 from Talktalk even though i left them on the 8th May. I had already received an extra bill which CS said they would cancel and apply a credit to the account. What a cr*p company!0

They sent me 3 (may have been 4) bills after I was no longer a customer, even letters threatening debt collectors.
I told them to attach a note to my credit file with the credit agencies they use, that they were at fault, as it would look like I wasn't paying my bills, as it would be listed each month as a missed payment. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -

Well I got another bill from TalkTalk for next month's broadband - even though I disconnected over a month ago.
Gave them until next Wednesday in my last letter, if I don't get a response (not holding out hope) then I will be sending a copy of it to the company secretary along with a warning not to claim the DD for this newly fradulant bill otherwise the amount of that will also be recovered by small claims court action if they don't settle up within a week.
These criminals need teaching a lesson.0 -
Why haven't you cancelled your DD? Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
