So its costs £16 to unlock the phone? How long have you had it for? We have only had out contracts for 2 months and I am afraid they might want the phones back if I call and ask for an unlock code.0

Thanks
Maybe I won't have to leave it with a dodgy phone shop on the high street now.

I had mine for 3 and a bit months - no issues at all... still got the unlock code!0 -
Would it be a problem if I phoned back asking for an unlock code for a Sony Ericsson C510? I've heard Sony Ericssons can't be unlocked by code, so any information about that would be great! Have all the phones that people have had unlocked been Nokias?0

Does anyone know when they shut? I've been on the phone for ages waiting to be transferred to the right department!0

The customer options team closes at 8pm. I think the general inquiry line is open 24 hours.0

Thanks to the contributions of people in this thread, I too was able to cancel within my minimum term.
First guy tried to tell me I haven't used the service before. I told him I was going to use it this summer. He tried to offer me a one off £10 credit to my account. I declined, and he transferred me to the next guy.
Next guy tried to say I haven't recieved a text (even though I have). I told him the exact date and time I got the text. He put me on hold. He then asked where I am going, and how often I go there. I said it's irrelevant, he accepted that.
After putting me on hold a few more times, he then explained my disconnection options (PAC, PAYG etc) and said the cancellation fee would be waivered. It was a suprisingly easy phone call.
I have just receieved my PAC via text.
Thanks to everyone for their contributions!0
