'Support onclick'?

Tell her to chill and not to worry. Noone is coming round. All I do is put the phone on loudspeaker and carry on my normal day, agreeing with everything they say, asking questions every now and again....basically wasting their time. Now, that works because they have targets for scamming every day, and once they realise youre wasting their time, they wont bother you again. Its actually quite amusing hearing them getting angry because the tables have been turned on them.

I did a similar thing with a company who said my SKY dish needed maintaining etc - chatted with them for half an hour, saying I wasnt sure if the dish was on the roof or on the side of the house, was the dish the one with the spikey aerial things on it, can they maintain my neighbours dish as its also on my roof.......I dont have a dish and never have done. Needless to say havent heard frmo them since.

just got off the phone from an indian guy called 'mark' said i had a slow running computer & he could fix it for me.
he want me to type 'eventvwr' into the run box in 'start' i delayed him said computer was slow ,lol. whilst i check on line to see what google through up when i put this in 'eventvwr'
explained to him what the hole page of results said about it being a scam, he was still adamat that i should type it in & he could help me.
apparently when you click on send error report it goes to them.......err don't think so.
lol, i said he could hang up now if he wanted as he must think i'm thick to belive a call like this is genuine.
i also added that i was only reading at the time he called & that as he called me i was happy to keep talking..he then said good by & have a nice day.

We got one of these calls once. My wife answered, they started their spiel so she said "my husband deals with any computer issues. Here, I'll put him on". They hung up before I could get to the phone! :rotfl:
