er... probably because it costs them money. I'd never send a phone of that value wirthout sending it special delivery - which is entirely down to HER.0

Im a bit confused , it cost mazuma money to send registered post ? all im saying is for first time users of Mazuma , there shouldnt be an option it should all be registered for phones over 50 quid as this is all post office pays out .There must be hundreds of phones stolen by Post Office when they see Mazuma label . so im just putting a warning on here as a different experience0

Strange. There's me thinking Royal Mail charge for their incompetent services.0

Of course it costs them money, do you think Royal Mail do it for free?
It sucks, I agree - but for any phone worth anything it needs Special D as you say.0 -
Hey peeps, thinking about selling my phone to them (Samsung g2)
Its been 'well used' but the screen is spotless (had a cover on it from day one) and everything works fine.
The only issues with it it that its got a few dings on the casing where its been dropped (no cracks however) and the paint has come off the speaker at the top (a common problem from what I've seen)
Anyone think this will foul of their, for want of a better word, "quality control"?

Nah, they'll pass it with flying colours.

I just used Mazuma to sell my iPhone 4. Using the comparison on MSE, there were some companies that may offer more but lots of bad reviews on the forum so decided to go with Mazuma. The whole process was so quick and efficient. I sent my phone by special delivery but felt this was a worthwhile investment. They emailed me to keep me updated with each step of the process. I posted the phone on Saturday and received my cheque today (Wednesday). Great service! Would recommend.0

Also just used them to sell my iPhone 4S. Posted it special delivery on Monday, cheque received today for the full quoted amount. Most impressed!0

Another thumbs-up for Mazuma. Sent my old Galaxy Ace off to them Friday lunchtime, got confirmation of receipt from them Monday morning, and the full agreed amount of cash was in my account on Monday night. Great service.0
