Hi, the tariff contract you sign up to and the phone itself are different issues so in answer to your question, it's you're phone, so yes you can sell it.0

All quiet.
Any updates on how these are paying at the moment??
Are they back on track, still going to the wire, or are they still paying late at times??
Anyone with recent (very recent) wxperience??

I had an email from bmp saying my cashback would be paid within 14 days of 4th August so expecting it next week. Nice surprise to find it has already been paid into my bank yesterday. That was my final instalment - hope other claimants get faster service too.0 -
Many thanks for updating lucky77, it helps others. Maybe your username helped.
It does seem unusual for it not to go to the wire and I'll update within the next 5 weeks or so, hopefully as early as possible.
Hopefully they are getting back on track, still too early to confirm.
BTW, who was it paid by??
Are they still bing paid by the business arm, A1Comms??

Had a cashback payment yesterday which was one day late. Paid by A1 Comms.0

Latest cashback payment received 6 days early, also paid by A1Comms0

My latest claim has also been paid a lot earlier than the latest timescale indicated in the claim acceptance email.
For the moment their cash-flow must be positive.0 -
buymobilephones.net is definitely not a scam or some site i'd be worried to use. I'll definitely use them again, if they have nice deals. Haven't tried gifts or cash back so no comments on that bit. But if you are just considering to take a cheaper contract with a nice smartphone, please do go ahead without worrying.0

Not a scam, there's no doubt there. But this is a company who has in the past breached their OWN terms and conditions, no doubt there either, it's a fact. I've not used them for gifts, only cashback deals and they are now worse than in the past. They are worse with the 2nd contract, but were OK with the 1st. Posts above show they even now still pay late, albeit just.
Far, far better and more reliable companies out there............for the time being anyway.

I find it very interesting that so many first time posts/users of the forum join just to claim how great this company is and then vanish again:rotfl::dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21
