Many thanks for your update lucky77, keeps others up to date.
A1 Comms Ltd is the business arm of BMP's and interesting that payments are coming via this route.
Cash-flow problems?? Just a guess, but a little research shows that the networks are NOT paying these merchants in full for each new customer, but are paying out during the length of the contract.
No excuse for payments being made late - they have weeks to pay once the claim has been accepted. It's their choice to leave it until the last minute and possibly breaching their own T&C's.

got my penultimate cashback, right on the end of the 14 days from when they said they would pay it, but got it non the less. my payment was listed as A1 Comms also, payments are slow but have all been received on time.0

I am a verteran of cashbacks also but been a bit out of the loop for the past year. I am currently on a 18 month contract with e2save which is coming to an end (FREE ater cashback). I am not too bothered about the phone but want as free as possible. I was looking at BMP 18 months ago as they had a very good deal on at the time, but went with e2save as the risk:benefit ratio was a bit lower with e2save.
Where are the best deals. I have seen e2save offer a Nokia 1800, 300 mins, unlimited texts, 500MB internet on orange for 99p/month on a 24 month. Can anyone beat this with a relatively safe retailer?0 -

Does it have to be Orange or unlimited texts??
E2save have on T-Mobile:
600 mins
500 txt
500mb data
for also 99p per month
or
600 mins
Unlimited text
No data
for 99p per month
Both with cheap Alcatel phones.
£46.46 cashback from Topcashback would make this even profitable if all completed ok.
Lot less of a risk than with BMP's taking current payment issues into consideration. Faster payments and no vouchers is a massive plus also.

There are better phones on the same deal (i.e. more profit if you sell them) also with cpw.0

Looks like it's going to the wire again.
Still not paid and Thursday is deadline day - hopefully update backend of next week.

Thanks for the insightful reply MJ, the best I found was a Nokia 2690 on T-mobile 600 mins, 500 texts, 500MB data for £30 with 17 months free on 18 month contract via mobiles.co.uk. I have taken the deal. e2save were bang on so hopefully mobiles.co.uk should be the same.
Deals are available on vodafone also and with 12 month contracts with 11 months free if anyone is looking.0 -
Paid early. lol
1 day early and as per above posters, still being paid by the business arm A1 Comms Ltd. Maybe they are now taking over the payment side, say like CPW for E2save and Mobils.co.uk??
Anyway, they are still paying.

but when i check back this site again today, alot of deal is gone also mine.
after read most of post from this thread, half good half bad, just need to stick with the rule for this game. hope BMP will take their word, if not my £400+ cashback will lost:easter_os:easter_os0 -
I suggest you read this thread and the t&c you signed up to; that will answer your questions. The fact you even need to ask suggests your homework was somewhat lax - not a good thing for anyone entering (or even half-contemplating) a cashback deal. I would add that someone using this dealer takes additional rather obvious risks.0
