If you read their t&c they allow 40 days after receiving the claim. In my (with this dealer more limited) experience they pay within that timescale and any "angry...face" before that timeframe has expired will be ill advised.

Personally, I have no argument with a dealer which sticks to its t&c for those who can be bothered to read them; it's the dealers who ignore their own t&c I take issue with.

I've seen a contract with these and could anyone please confirm if I cancel the insurance by deleting it when ordering will it affect the cashback claim?
I know it was a condition of contract with other mobile companies that the insurance had to be taken to allow the contract to be formed, even though it could be cancelled at a later date. So basically, can I just delete the free 3 months insurance from the initial order?
I also know it would make sense to keep the free insurance and cancel at a later date, but to be honest I would rather not have the bother.

I've seen some people saying here that BMP are a bit slow at paying.

Generally, how long have people been recieving payments for cashback? Two weeks ago I got an email saying my claim had been accepted, and they would BACS me the cash within 14 days, but still no payment has shown up.

Will it come, or do I need to go visit them with an angry look on my face?

I've got a £200 automatic cashback which was due on 4th May 2010....I have not received the amount into my account yet. they asked to allow 14 days for that to appear.....i am a bit worried now after reading your case. Never thought i had to keep my fingers crossed for automatic cashback too.....

Not taking the insurance has no bearing on cashback.

Cheers guys, ordered and deleted the insurance and order is on it's way.
Just one more question, if I copy the vouchers in case I lose the originals, will it be ok to use copies?

As long as they are decent copies...should be ok.

Cheers, of course I will try to not lose the original vouchers, but will scan and save just in case. I imagine the vouchers will have an unique number on them?

BMP's T&C states that you can only have 2 redemption contract per household per year. I've moved house after I've signed my contract with BMP last year. Technically I still have 2 quotas left am I right?
