Just a quick update - placed order on Sunday evening - T-mobile 24 month contract with Samsung C3050 phone. Phone came today, number port should go through tomorrow. All comms have stated I'll get my £180 cashback, received an email from quidco today saying my transaction is being tracked. V happy.

Phone s/w is T-Mobile branded but unlocked (worked with O2 sim).

Quick update on my order. (Orange Contract with 'Free' Compaq laptop) The laptop was discontinued (which they didn't tell me until I rung them asking where it was). Anyway, after e-mailing their complaints department I got a call a week ago last monday offering me an alternative or the cash equivilant and as the account manager chap on the phone only 'thought' the laptop that he was offereing as an exchange for the one I ordered was in stock I opted for the cash alternative and was assured it would be in my bank by Tuesday (yesterday) and so far, it's not. :mad:

Now I can't even get onto their website.

To say I'm angry would be an understatement.

lol still not sorted tbh you have been a soft touch for them. you were given advice from mj to send a lba. if you did it would be sorted now.

So now, I've got to go laptop hunting

Bit of a mxed bag on here, but I take it they are generally ok for cashback, even if they do need a little shove, yea?

I spoke to them again, and apparently the payment has been put through and if should be in my bank by the end of this week or the begining of next.

I've ordered the Acer Liquid from them on a 24 month T-mobile contract for £15/month. Here's hoping it works out...

think of it more as stopping them taking the p*ss.lol at least you learned so next time send a lba it will be sorted quicker.:D

Well I ordered on Thursday afternoon, and here the phone is on Saturday morning! Looks great, although the screen protector is sh*t and I have to get another one before I can use it (why they don't apply the screen in the factory, leaving us buyers with our shaky hands and dusty homes to do it, I don't know!)

I've been doing my homework and reading this string, it seems this company does eventually pay with a push, it says on the cashback maximiser that if you go through cashback kings, there is £25 cashback, and then on the price comparison site one compare further cashback, my question is, is it one or the other cashback, or can you go through cashbackkings to bmn, and earn the other cashback? sorry I'm new to this great stuff
