I have 2 contracts currently with Buymobilephones.net, the 1st cashback was sent recently and I've had emails saying they have been approved, just have to wait a month for the payment now0

Same here 1st request Monday email today, so far so good!Be good to the young on their way up you might need them on your way down.0 -
I have to say I'm not having as much luck as some of you. It's now been four days and my order has yet to be processed. Each time I call them they fob me off saying everything is fine with the order and the phone is in stock, but they still won't process the order or send the phone.
I'm not sure why they haven't sent the phone if I have now passed all the checks. I haven't even received an email confirming the order!0 -

I see there seem to be many problems regarding cashback and the gift offers. I want to get the motorola milestone from buymobilephones.net, Im going for a £30 18 month contract, the contract doesnt involve cashback or freegifts. Has anybody had any problems with the actual phones and contracts or just the cashback? basically can I rely on just the phone being delivered on time and the contract working?
The deal does look a lot better than many other websites like e2save and carphone warehouse.
Thanks for the help
Did you go ahead with it? Any problems? I'm looking at the same deal.

I have not done yet, im probably going to get the HTC hero on a more reputable website. That deal looks way too good to be true!
let me know if you decide to go for it0 -
I have had several cashback deals over the years, and imho buymobilephones are the best of the lot. They do not offer many "too good to be true" deals which is a good sign, and means that unlike some over companies I have used in the past they are not relying on people failing to claim their cashback to stay afloat.
As regards claiming, they are definitely the easiest to use as long as you don't lose your vouchers. My tip is to photocopy them as soon as you get them and put them in a safe place. When you send your bill you can send photocopies or even online printouts and there is no need to send recorded as they email you to confimr receipt. The last one I sent I put in the post on Thursday afternoon and I received the email confirming receipt about 10am the next morning. Payment is straight into your bank account so no messing with cheques.
Those are just my experiences, but I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.0 -
Stupid question, but when sending bills to BMP, do people send just the first page, or printout the WHOLLLLLLLLLLLLLE 100-page thing? If I'm sending them 5 months bills soon, I'll have to book a courier!0

I have a few questions regarding BMP.net, thinking of using them:
1) Do you need to send bills in for their "automatic cashback" offers? Their Ts & Cs suggest not, but want to be sure.
2) Is there a difference between automatic cashback and some other type where you need to send bills in?
3) Is the automatic variety reliable?
4) Will the direct debit be through T-mobile, or through BMP for the 24 months of the contract??
5) At the end of the contract, would I get my PAC from t-mob or from BMP?

This is what they wrote to me when i asked them so ask them and get your proof in writing.
As the networks have started charging for paper bills we are now allowing on line bills to be posted to us, as long as they are clear and state all that is needed and are posted to us within the time frame this will be acceptable.
We require the top page with name address and amount owing and 2nd page including mobile number and tariff details on there.
Kind Regards
Rebates.

Mine went in one A5 envelope with 30p posting. Not that expensive for a free deal.0
