Hi. Just thought I'd share my experience of buying from this company.
I was after a Nokia E72, and saw they were offering this phone on a 24 month contract with T-Mobile for £15 per month, with a one off payment of £19.99 for the phone.
The tariff is for 300 minutes + 300 texts + unlimited internet (up to 1GB), which is more than enough for me. There is also an option to change the unlimited internet to unlimited texts (after 30 days).
I ordered on Friday morning and got my phone delivered 11:00am Saturday morning.
Great service and a great phone.
Cheers,

Was your E72 locked?
I know this don't answer your question but for what it's worth my Nokia 3109 classic came LOCKED to T-Mobile
What i would like to know is which T-Mobile contract handset is likely to come UNLOCKED or is it just hit and miss. Anyones experiences appreciated.Be good to the young on their way up you might need them on your way down.0 -
Which courier did they use to deliver as I want to order but I won't be home - want to know what I'll have to do to retrieve the kit!The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!

I can't remember the exact courier mine came by, it wasn't Royal Mail, had a green branded 'missed you' card when I was out, they re-delivered he next day and there was a phone number on card, but I didn't need to call to arrange anything specific as I was in the next day. Seemed fine though.

Hello folks!!
I've taken my second contract out with buymobilephones.net at the begining of this month, (Orange Racoon 30) which was supposed to come with a free laptop.
As I was an exisiting customer I didn't need to send in a claim in for the laptop and my account page on the website says that the order was fine and has gone through. We've got the phone (cheap as chips nokia) but no laptop!
I've e-mailed them to ask where it is and the responce was that they've stopped doing the laptop that I ordered, and offered a replacement of a much lower spec laptop. I've since e-mailed them back and told them the the replacement isn't suitable and gave a list of the other laptops they advertise on their website that would be an acceptable substitute.
So far, they've not got back to me and I'm starting to get worried!0 -

why you worried. they broke the deal just tell them you want at least same spec or higher or you will sue them. if you find the one you should have got in another shop tell them you will buy it and sue them for the cash it cost to buy.:money:0 -
Just thought I'd update, I've phoned buymobilephones and explained that the substitute they offered wasn't suitable and apparently they are 'sourcing a replacement' for the compaq 615 today and they will e-mail me with the details later.
fingers crossed.0 -
Well, the e-mail didn't arrive. :mad:0
