Even if they have, you still need written confirmation from the company itself before acting upon it!0

I've sent them an email and a fax asking this question so I'll keep the board upto date if I hear anything.
I guess the real question I'm asking however is this: has anyone used BMP for a cashback deal, ported a number in with a Pac code WITHOUT doing it through BMP at the time of ordering, and gone on to successfully claim cashback with bills stating the new number?0 -
Just had email confirmation from BMP that changing your number will NOT void your cashback claim, so long as you include a covering letter with your first claim, explaining what's gone on (and presumably quoting the old and new numbers together).0

We were supposed to receive a Nintendo Wii, a Wii Fit and cashback from them back in November 2009 but so far we only received 1 of the free gifts. When they sent that gift they didn't even tell us we would only get that 1 for now and they ran out of stock of the other free gift. We picked the packet up and were sitting in the car puzzling over where the other one is! Every time we call they are telling us that the other free gift is out of stock. One manager says we should get the cashback soon because this is dependent on the first free gift they shipped. The next time we are chasing them they are saying this is incorrect information and we have to wait for the 2nd free gift to be shipped. Not only that, when you are trying to call them you are stuck in an expensive queue for 40+ minutes (mind you, that is about 25 callers in the queue only, their call centre must be tiny)!
Called Consumer Direct today and they will flag them to Trading Standard.
DO NOT TAKE DEALS FROM THEM!0 -
I have now had a totally unsatisfactory experience with them. Given your comments I won't be rushing in to do any more deals with them since when things like that start appearing it can be a forewarning of much worse to come.0

Try using 01773 522301 if you get free landline calls.0 -
Thanks for the number, spondon30. Will try that number.
Btw, for anybody still interested in the deals, read the comments on the site reviewcentre.com/reviews-all-91676.html
Many of them are very negative and weirdly, if there is a problem, it is usually with the promised free gift....not very trustworthy if you are asking me.0
