Hi again, I think the only reason that some people's claims are rejected are that they are incapaple of sticking to the terms and conditions and then get upset when infact it is their own fault. Anyone who isn't meticulous and organised should consider going for the automatic cashback, you don't get as much but it is paid into your bank account exactly 90 days after purchase. As mobilejunkie has said probably 1000 times ' if you don't understand the terms and conditions-don't do it'.
I have recommended this company to many people and have,so far, had no negative feedback- all claims have been paid on time.
Hi
I agree, I heard bad complaints about Beepy but I made sure I followed all instructions AND sent all my forms RECORDED delivery. I was even tempted to photograph the sending!
But it is always a bit worrying when a company really doesn't care about their bad press.
It sounds like they have a serious problem (or are just lying) about Stock Problems. Anyone care to share their experiences?0 -
The retailer gets a large commission back off the network for the sale which is why they can afford to pay the automatic cashback without any issues. However the larger amounts paid out on redemption cashbacks mean that the scheme can only work if a certain percentage of claims fail. The ones who succeed do so at the expense of the failures. All that can really be stressed is that if you cannot stick to the terms and conditions then do not expect to get the cashback. Too many people today live such hectic lives that they can't be bothered with the small details and as such will loose their cashback.0

yes. approx 40 days. looks like they will maxx it.lol not many decent deals tho at mo. should be paid by next sat. any1 got paid quicker.0 -
When they email to let you know your claim has been accepted they normal give a date by which you will recieve payment. Mine have always been on that date or 2 to 3 days early. They don't pay out until they have recieved their commission from the network or had their commission claim verified. The different retailers have varying agreements with the networks which is why mobiles.co.uk can pay automatic cashback after 28 days and buymobilephones.net after 90 days. Don't expect to get the cashback earlier than the timescale in the terms and conditions.0

Also, i cannot see anywhere in T&C's that cannot port no after purchase, which i was advised to do when i rang and waited for 25 minutes and then forgot to ask them to confirm in writing - DOH! Is this correct?
Thanks
Did anyone find out if it's OK to port after purchase? Or does it void the cashback redemptions?0 -
Ask THEM (in writing) - not people on here. Should THEY later deny a claim it's not much use producing third party answers.0

I have, but not yet received a reply. I was hoping that someone maybe had some anecdotal evidence for my own information?0
