My partner & I are having a nightmare with this company. We took out a contract with a free ps3 still jack recived & cust service is absolute sh*t.
Anyone thinking of using them. Dont.
I wouldnt trust these idiots at all customer service is non existant.

Last claim in for me for my first contract and these have been pretty good, albeit a little slow in paying. Well worth the effort and just taken out a new one.

Well my Ps3 turned up today. Still not very impressed with the company, everything they tell you & read on their site is pretty much a load of rubbish.

I've never done the "gift" deals, only cashback and I've definitely found everything they've stated to be 100% accurate, though I was dubious initially with them being a smaller company. I've also been impressed with the help and support when needed. Maybe I've been lucky, anyway I'll stick with them for now as you can normally get a great deal (cashback) with them

Have recently cancelled an order I placed with them over a month beforehand and had nothing but grief with afterwards. Rubbish customer service when replying to emails, even worse at keeping their customers informed of any change to their order status on the website (I had to suggest to them several times to post stock updates as nothing was listed). Will never use them again.

I'm thinking of getting the £15 per month contract with a Nokia 1208, free handset, 300mins and unlimited texts, slim line ps3 as a free gift; from buymobilephones.net.

I have searched through this forum and a bit on Google, it seems a mixed response, some people have had to hassle the company loads to get the phone + gift others get it straight away.

I was wondering if anyone has gone for this contract or similar and would share their experience of the company?

At the moment my gut feeling is that it’s a bad idea to buy from BMP, but the offer is just so good

Wanting to get a new contract through this company as a girl in work has had some pretty good deals and experience with them. The only thing is I want to keep my mobile number (currently with Orange) and it looks like you can't keep your number if you want to stay with Orange. If I go with another company can I still keep my mobile number?

This company is offering a Nokia 2730 classic for £25.00 per month with 100% cashback. So you don't actually pay anything. is this genuine ? or is there a catch?
