  • I am looking for a new mobile help needed click here however all of these deals are from a website called buymobilephones.net sound like a good site from there about us page but as the deals i am looking at are cashback deals i was wondering if anybody has any experence of them.
If ive helped click thanks it will make me smile :D
  • Why don't you look up the releavant thread and (if you can be bothered to really do some basic research) other companies offering cashback contracts?

You should also understand exactly what you're getting into so I suggest you also spend some time reading this:-

Asking for add-hoc comments on here can prove highly misleading and if you really care about getting your money back there is simply no substitute for spending adequate (i.e. a LOT) of time studying these threads and many other sites. There are legions of people who didn't do that and then blame everyone but themselves when they lose their money rather than invest their OWN time!

I had a cashback deal from them 2 years ago,got 2 cashbacks from them OK but then I downgraded so couldn't claim anymore.
When I first put my order in they said the phone was in stock, then they said it wasn't,but when I said cancel it was delivered the following day.Apart from that there was no problem.
    Hope that helps.

I have had cashback deals before i always print T&C and ring the company after i recieve the phone to ensure i know exactly which bills have to be sent off then mark them on my calander and diary and send all claims after i have copyed them recorded within days of recieving the bill. but i have read the link and learned a few more tips still nice to get peoples throughts about the site as it says in link always read about peoples experences.

I always chose to avoid this cmpany despite generally decent feedback. Although the t&c have improved for cashback deals they are still inferior to Phones4U, a smaller outfit and higher risk. As for calling them after you've ordered, that is inadequate for 2 obvious reasons:- 1) It's after the event rather than before and 2) You have nothing in writing to confirm what they tell you. Such a course of action with cpw companies like E2Save would be the kiss of death to getting your money out of them! There are no shortcuts if you want to get your money - otherwise no company could survive offering such deals. One of the reasons most went bust a year or so ago was because more and more people did proper research and avoided the many snares put in place to avoid proper payment.

Thank you your help is apriciated i would much prefere to use phones4u or dial a phone but they do not offer any deals that i can see to the one i have seen on this site for the samsung pixon £35 a month for 300 min 200 text on t-mobile with seb and walk on a 12 month contract with 3 months free via cashback its not much but more than i can see from any body else if you know of any deals from a better company i would apriciate it.

I did cashback on an 18 month deal, send in a claim 5 times, and at the time it was a tight window- only 14 days from the date of the bill (not when you got it). I think it is 60? now. I always paid to send special delivery because of that, and had no problem with their payments. If you follow the rules you will have no problems.

I was very dubious about this company after reading lots of negative feedback.

BUT the deal was too good to be true, £25 a month 400 x-net mins, 500 text, free calls orange to orange unlimited with a free £170 Sony 10 mp camera and £55 cash back and a free Samsung Soul mobile phone!

Phone arrived next day. Claim form is simply a proof of signature and a proof of address, this also is used for the cashback so no more sending in bills every few months and hoping you send the correct one.

Sent proofs off special delivery a week after I got the phone and the camera turned up 2 days later :T had an email same day saying cash would be in current account in 40 days. The camera was the deal closer for me so don't mind waiting
    for the cash back

    Gets 5/5 from me
