I've this morning printed a duplicate invoice from the orange site rather than wait for snail mail to deliver it to me, but for some reason i seem to think that buymobilephones.net wanted the bills to be original only, can anyone confirm that a duplicate will be ok, its perfectly readable etc.

BE WARNED.i have had dealings with this company recently,yes yes yes you do get a free gift of your choice,after about 2-3 weeks i assume after they have had there first payment,not like the within 5 days crap they advertise.there excuse is there out of stock of the gift you choose how convenient.
i have spoken to 2 of there staff both female 1 of which is very polite and helpful,the other which is a complete !!!!! probably a man hater,you know the type,and if shes reading this she knows who she is.
so theres your answer i wouldnt deal with them again.

They state clearly in their T&C that only original bills are acceptable however given their short (14 days) claim period, I wrote to them by email that this thing about only original bills can be viewed as unfair and can be challenged, they then confirmed to me that they will accept printouts and duplicates. However before you send a printout do confirm this on the phone or better still by email since they can refuse your claim stating that it does not meet the T&C.

My "free gift" is being delivered today, only took one week from signing up. We shall see if it does arrive. Only time will tell.

I bought mobile phone contract two weeks before. I received my mobile phone 1st of Feb and on the same day I sent necessary documents for free gifts with special delivery. Since than I call them almost every day to know status of my free gifts and they keep on saying they will send today, they will send tomorrow. Its 2 weeks but I have not received my free gift.

They have mentioned on their website, "received freegift in 72 hours". This is ridiculous.

My own experience with e2save and onestopmobilephone is much better than buymobilephones.net

I have just received confirmation of the receipt of my second cashback claim with BuyMobilePhones.net. I'm on a 12 month contract and this is the second of four claims.

I sent the bills and the voucher by ordinary first class post on Saturday February 9th and as I say, they have already confirmed receipt today, which is the 13th. My bill date was February 6th, so I was well within the 14 day limit. Just to be clear, I'm not advising anyone else to do it the way I have, I'm just relating my personal experience.

Personally, I can't fault BuyMobilePhones.net.

I have recenly signed up with buymobiles.net and have had my phone delivered.
I opted for a contract with a free Wii console, this gift is currently out of stock, but can anyone tell me if they acknowledge by email wheather they have received your claim voucher?
How am I supposed to know if the delay is because of stock levels or if they have not had my claim(which was sent special delivery)?
