A complaint to their topman about that might make you feel better, but without the vouchers you won't get your cashback.

thanks really unhappy though their T&C's say if you don't get them you need to ask within 14 days but does not cover if you lose them

Well they say that they "are unique re-printed". So without the vouchers you can not do a claim :-(

I also notice that they have chaged their T&c http://www.buymobilephones.net/tandc.ihtml

and after phones taken out after sept 07 you now have 60 days instead of 14 to send in paperwork and voucher.

So could this be the end of 12 month line refunds as I am assuming that there will be a higher pay out of claims?

My apologies to you and MOBILEJUNKIE i have found the origonal e mail print out as well.It was an oversight on my part,so busy getting all the bills and vouchers posted off, i overlooked this part of the T&C's,which jogged my memory,...many thanks!

Posted my 3rd Claim in the Usual way last Thursday and got an e-mail this moring to let me know:
"We are happy to confirm that your cash back claim has been received and has been accepted.

Payment will be made by BACS direct into the bank account you have provided us with and should show in your account within fourteen days of the 12/2/2008.

Kind regards,

Will update you all once payment comes. So far I am so impressed with their effeciency and hope that they do another 12 months FREE line rental as I am on WEB N WALK Flext 35:j

Glad to hear you've had good experience with their cashback claims; I had claim number 2 accepted last week. I had been worried about the bill coming through in time over Xmas so I phoned to ask about that and was told they were allowing an extra week because of the holidays!! :T So no complaints so far, and don't anticipate any as I plan on having the claims in on time.

buymobilephones are a total rip off,
the 12 month rental refund is a rip off, they only allow 14 days to return the forms back to them
and if as in my case orange fails to send on form , by the time the duplicate came and was sent this was late by one day,
(just before post stike), no communications are sent and it is only now i have found out that they have refused to pay.
these people are rip off merchants, deal with them at you peril.

So why not send a duplicate copy from Orange web site? By printing it at home and sending special delivery
