I was just loooking on their website and saw this offer
    http://www.buymobilephones.net/store/fulldetails-r75187398-80721.ihtml?adnetwork=af&adnetwork=af

It doesnt sound like this is a cashback deal, can anyone confirm?
Does the Wii come via a voucher or how?

what offer was this - when i click on the link it says the offer is no longer available.

anyway - I ordered a new phone with free WII on Monday, phone arrived yesterday and there is a voucher for the WII that you have to send back with the relevant proof of ID. Should be with me soon, I'll let you know how I get on.

Alternativly, when you order the phone you can pay the cost of the "free" item as a deposit, and they will deliver it with the phone - eg. phone with free WII, pay £180 deposit, get WII and phone together and then send back the voucher with ID in the normal way and they will refund your £180. I thought this was a bit risky, so didn't bother.

As my girlfriends contract is up in the next 2 weeks with 3 ,they obviously want to keep her business. So they have offered her for £15 - 300 mins and 300 texts with a new Nokia 6500 on a 18month contract, so she wasnt really worried about the wii and kept with 3 instead.

Yea! :j Had my third cashback accepted the day they received it. I have sent them all special delivery (£4.60 now) and figure the £20 from Quidco will cover most of the cost, so happy with BMP so far.

    Hi,
I am absolutely sure somebody can help me on this one.....

I have (to date) been successful in claiming 3 cash backs from this company and have no complaints at all.

I am due to receive my 11th bill in the next few days, is it at that point i need to give a months notice? Will i still get my 12th bill?

I would like to get another cashback deal (only because it hasnt cost me anything - so far), on vodafone network (only one that appears to give signal) I am not really bothered about keeping my number - it appears that mobiles2yourdoor are going to be the only ones that can help me and after reading the forums on here they appear to play fairly.......Unless of course anyone knows differently......
I use my mobile to phone my daughter (mobile to mobile), I am currently on 500 mins & 200 texts per month @ £35- i have gone over the minutes a couple of times - cost me a fortune but my daughter needed me...... I am really hoping you can point me in the right direction - cashback or not....

Many thanks for taking the time to read this ,

    Caz

Am getting REALLY annoyed with this lot now...sent all the ID required and have been trying to contact them since Thursday to see if they have recieved it. I am put in a long queue (at worst I was caller 17 in the queue) and then I wait, and wait, and wait, and then get cut off.

Happened this morning, was onl hold for 27 minutes, got to caller number 4 and then the line went dead. Called back and got a "the office is now closed" message.

I'm concerned due to the content of that envelope! I used recorded delivery, and the royal mail website says that it was sent out last week, but there is no electronic proof of reciept.

    Anyone else struggling?

    Hi,
    (If you mean buymobilephones.net)
Personally I had no trouble getting the details to them, shows on Royal Mail webby as signed for and because I was keeping in touch via email they replied to tell me my item will be delayed untill more stock comes in (PS3). So if anything.. mabey with Royal Mail or whichever recorded delivery you went for.

If in doubt- drop an email to freegifts@buymobilephones.net and let them know.

Also- remember you still have 90 days from your contracts start to resolve all this.

On a wider note.. my experience of this company has been A grade so far. Next day delivery of my fantastic new phone. Delayed delivery of gift but they did contact me and are keeping me in touch, smooth process :T

  • Can someone explain to me what these cashback claims are all about? My fiancee has recently found this website (buymobilephones.net) and is screaming to high heavens about it. I normally give her all the advice she needs regarding things online like these but I've got no real knowledge of this company at all. I've always been reluctant to deal with these companys and rather opt to go directly to the network themselves. How exactly do they work the contract? Do they give you your bill themselves or will it come straight from Orange? I am currently with Orange and I do all my payments online. I get my bill on the 1st of each month or there abouts and its paid a few days later. Will I still be able to use this feature with them when I order a phone through this company? When I have a query, do I need to sit and wait on BMP or can I phone Orange directly as they are the network?I am not the kind of person who enjoys sending letters to companys chasing money from them. I much prefer everything to run like clockwork as it currently does! Thanks in advance for any reply.
