Looking into the terms and condition will answer that question. Unless they have changed recently you need to submit claim voucher with each claim. Following the terms and condition to the last dot is required otherwise cashback claim will be rejected, sorry.0 -
Just looked at t&cs and what a surprise they have changed again...I emailed them about six weeks ago to say i have not yet received a welcome pack so i have no vouchers anyway...They said they would post it out to me but surprise surprise i have not yet sent it.....The new t&cs are saying you send in the six bills but with the dispatch note and you have to write the id number on all your bills,,,no mention of vouchers...im very confused ..i am due to send in my first claim in about 3 weeks is this what i have to send?PLZ CAN SOMEBODY HELP i tried ringing several times but can't get through....thanks :beer:0

Hi all. My husband and I have mobile phone contracts with Mobilerainbow since beg of 2007. Both are %100 cashback offers. They're supposed to refund the money within 45 days from receipt of the paperwork. Well, it took more than 2 months to receive my cashback, after writing tens of e-mails threatening to sue them. My husband is still waiting for his, despite writing e-mails every day. It's annoying to know we're bound with them until December + there's bad T-Mobile signal in so many areas of London, included where we live. These kind of companies are not to be trusted. How on earth can they cheat people like this???0

They can't when people meet the t&c and are prepared to sue - provided they're still around (and this choice pick doesn't inspire confidence in THAT respect!). Most people don't (reading the t&c it's easy to see why) and won't. Don't let that worry you - it paid for yours and all of mine! However, cashback deals with ALL companies are now full of minefields and I know of NO honest dealer out there. It won't stop me getting more deals but you really must know what you're doing and the risks involved.0

The only thing which make Mobile rainbow move at all is a small claim court claim. If payment is overdue and claimed 100% according to terms and condition, file a claim, you'll see how fast things get moving
Other than that, stay WELL clear of that "company".0 -
Just out of interest, when you make these court claims, do you claim your entire cashback amount or just that one claim?0
-
If you are claiming because they have breached the contract by not paying you, then this is a "fundamental" breach of contract, and you can claim the full amount owing.0

I will give them a couple of more days. They know I'd report them in Moneysavingexpert and I'm going to send them an e-mail saying I've done it already. Anyone could give me a suggestion on how to file a small claim though the Ombudsman? Is it time consuming? I'm wasting too much time trying to get money back from Hsbc, Mobilerainbow and other people...I wish I could live in a simpler society!!!0
