Their part of the MSols Ltd group.
Do a google for MSols Ltd and you can make up your own mind. Some people trust them and some people would run a mile after hearing their name mentioned. Smile, you only get one life, LIVE IT.0 -
My friend's 1 cashback honoured after 4/5 calls and faxing the bill twice.
Other time he was late....0 -
I would think very carefully about taking out a mobile phone contract through these people. I'm about to take them to the small claims court for unpaid cashback.
As -1- said above do a Google search and one of the chat forums on here but I personally wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.0 -
i have 2 contracts with msols ltd and have been waiting 9 weeks for one of my cashback claims and 7 weeks for the other, so after 3 phone calls and a email to them before xmas thats it ive just applied for small claims action and ive claimed for the lot 9th and 12th month cashback for both contracts almost £500 with my £50 court fee's back so there you go that will teach them.0

At last, they paid the full amount plus court fees into my account.
If you are still waiting on cashback I really recommend using the moneyclaim.gov.uk website mentioned earlier on as it seems to be the only thing that gets them to pay. Contract is cancelled this month (end of term) and I will be steering clear of MSOLS from this point forwards.
The deals look good but don't be fooled.0
