New Info On Mobile Rainbow (merged)

It seems that my son has just had his second cashback come through his bank account be it late. However my wife seems to have had her claim rejected with no valid reason given. I think they are trying to make out she did not get the cashback in on time but she has the recorded delivery stub.

Well its been a while since I was last on here. As a recap got my first cashback claim paid about 60 days after submission and have been waiting to see what happened with the 2nd and as expected nothing.

This really is a shocking company. As can be seen on this thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=263381 there is also reason to wonder what is happening with the data you provide them too.

Anyone looking to get a phone from this company DONT. Its really put me off cashback and its probably something I wont go for in the future.

I still haven't received my cashback. Last time I rang I was told I would be receiving a cheque instead of the money into my account as "Christmas is always busy" or some nonsense.

Trouble is I have to go on holiday on Friday for a week and I don't want to issue a small claims court proceedings if I'm not around to deal with it.

Next month I'll need to apply for my third cashback! I like the idea of claiming that the contract is void and asking for recompensation for cashback #2 + #3 + costs involved.

well i waited from begining of october until 7th december for my first cashback to arrive. each time i called them i was told they had problems and nowcatching up. sending my seconds set today..will keep you posted.

Bloody hell!! You could have knocked me down with a feather but I received my first cashback cheque a week ago and shock! it cleared !!!! Only took 10 weeks......Now thats customer service.......

After 2 months of phone calls and e-mails to Mobile Rainbow,fed up with their false promises and excuses I applied to small claims court. Today they have credited to my account the full cashback amount for the year plus court fee (£50) within a fortnight of me applying to the courts. Hooray.....Will not be using them again!!:j

Not sure what the hell is going on with mobile rainbow, but they have paid the full year's cashback amount in to my bank account as mentioned above. However they have also put in a defence claim on the on line claim I made against them. Not sure what I am supposed to do now. Can anyone please enlighten me as to the next course of action, or shall I just sit tight...

Need a replacement cashback voucher, put the wrong date on mine and dont want to chance MR refusing me because of this.
