  • I sent them my claim on the 26th October recorded delivery and have heard nothing. Phoned them up the other day and they said another 10 days. I am not at all confident after reading all this on the forum. They are without doubt a very dodgy company.

One question though, I have NEVER had an email reply to them despite sending about 10 emails. Can anyone who has recieved a reply tell me what address they used?

    Thanks
  • Hi Steve19777, It's help@mobilerainbow.co.uk. Hope this helps.

The 0800 number went unanswered for 45 minutes this morning, so I obtained MSOLS UK office direct dial line from their building's switchboard this morning - 01923 232357. Answered by someone going by the name of Hareesh. He assures me everyone will get their money who is entitled - well, we'll see.
My first claim was originally rejected on two false grounds - that I should have sent the first 6 bills in (not true, different pre-April 2006 terms apply to my deal and I was asked to send a copy of the terms in to them to substantiate this) and that I changed my bank account (again, not a valid rejection, and the Customer Services Team Leader agreed I was correct and my claim would be paid in 10 days once they had the new bank details).

Never again will I deal with these people

  • They phoned me today to check my bank details! This was after asking me to wait 10 days. I have now been told the money will be in my account within 10 days!! Sounds slightly promising although won't believe it until the money is in my account. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole next time either. Will let you know if I get it or not.
  • These people are a con. I signed up with them back in May this year, they could not do enough for me to get my business. However after getting the money they weren't that bothered, as they did not port my number over as they originally promised. since then I have made a money back claim back in October. I was careful to ensure all the Ts & Cs were met down to the letter. They have confirmed they have received the necessary documents and in the time frame allowed. That was over six weeks ago, despite several phone calls and e-mails no cashback has been given. I am logging all the instances I called them and times as well as the false promises made.
These are the names of the people I have so far spoken to:

    Sachin
    Shibu
    Xaviar
    Joseph
Yogesh- Customer services supervisor?? Though been told he is no longer with the company.
    Suchit- Customer services supervisor??

All these people made promises at one time or another to sort out the cashback. also for a company that deals in mobile phones, their phone line is not very clear? Sounds like the call centres are abroad..India maybe?
My next deadline is in another 7 to 10 days? can't wait. However I have plenty of free minutes on my phone, therefore I will be ringing them up every other day til they sort it out.
Never again, this company is a con, cannot be trusted.

    Phone nos to try.

  • By the way I have never been able to get them on any of their numbers when calling from my mobile. Only from a landline. I've got a conspiracy theory about it.........
  • Steve19777
Try the mobile number... someone will answer it eventually. That's the number I have been ringing. Though you might want to ring it after midnight... Not condoning calling people at unsociable hours. But hey who cares, they people are a con.

ive dealt with this chap and he claims to be the customer service supervisor, also a chap called sanjeev who tells me he is the manager in there indian call centre and has contact with "the bosses", but he wont give out details for a uk line, thankfully mse'rs have got those detaisl already.
  • I got the exact same email as above, am now on the last day of being in the "priority queue" and I'm getting fed up.

It seems like they'll only pay you money if you write to them using the magical words "legal action" and "small claims court". That's how I got my last amount, seems like the way to go.
