I got an email today telling me that I could now order the HD+. So I follow the link and start the process of ordering. I select the package, select the installation date and then start to input the payment card. I enter the card number and press continue, i get an extra page to input a password from Mastercard and then....... very little. I get a page that doesn't totally load and then that is it. I go back to my account page and then to the track section to find that the message:
Your Order Dated: 03/02/2009
Please see below for the current status of your order.
Address: 99 My Street, Mytown, Myshire
So what is my status? Has anyone ordered their box on line and had the same message or have I messed up the order?
Any help would be gratefully received.

Currently £29 & £30 install fee through currys, assume it will be the same through other high street stores, so £59 installed if an existing customer, or £29 if your a new customer.0

I ordered sky + HD at the weekend and asked for it to be installed on 14th. They confirmed this date and gave a time slot the next day. Went through quidco (£75 cashback), £50 M&S vouchers, free HD sub for first month and they have just sent me an email asking if I want to have the full sky HD package - all channels - for a free month trial. Very pleased, service excellent ....so far! Lets hope they turn up!
BTW I am a new customer.Debtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0 -
I'm going to take this offer too.
I notice that there is also an offer if you take it at the same time as Sky HD whereby you get your first 6 months line rental half price if you take Sky Talk.
Does anyone know how long this offer is on for? I'm in contract with BT until 6th March so obviously can't take it until then, but don't want to miss out on the HD offer :eek:0 -
sky+hd with multiroom is free install, however if you take sky+ with multiroom then there is a charge for install, there will be no movement on the price as its the registration process that determines what you pay, so basically no movement on any of the prices for anyone as an existing customer gets the same deal as a new customer! You can't be lost if you don't know where you're going.0

Its not really amazing, Freesat have only 1 full HD channel, BBC HD which only runs for a few hours a day, there is ITVhd but is only on a few times a week and you have to press the red button to watch.
Sky has 30 HD channels and many run 24/7 so there is no comparason at the moment until freesat adds some more HD channels.0 -
Following:money: Martin's newsletter I decided taht I would take the jump back into the world of sky, the deal I got was quite remarkable
Sky HD £49 free install
Marks and Spencers £50 voucher
Cashback quidco £75
Free HD and Sky world for a month (£50 +)
I signed up to £26 a month deal (did not need phone or broadband)
I took a feeling of guilt, phoned to cancel they offerred me 10% of the price. I decided to cancel, but it was a good deal.:A
