Onestophoneshop is currently offering a slightly better deal for the same phone compared to e2save, but i was wondering whether it was worth taking the risk and going to onestopphoneshop over the safer option of e2save, for a £30 saving throughout yr?
thanks
Exactly in the same position as you.
I have dealt with both previously, and have opted for a£300 cashback with e2save, rather than a £330 cashback deal for the identical phone tarrif.

Christy wrote:I have 2 seperate cashback's running with this company. They have some cracking deals and I notice from this thread people are unaware of their track record....They have paid up the first 6 months on one of my phones but I am in dispute with them over the second. They claim that in their T&C's that I needed to supply the original invoice with any cashback claim. This is absolute rubbish and luckily I have kept a copy of the T&C's which states nothing of the kind.
They don't answer e-mails - have a permenant reply on all e-mails that says they are having technical problems replying to e-mails (For about the last 3 months) and they have re-curring excuses when you ring them up. The person who sends the refusal is faceless and never available and they play delay tactics on every request. I am still battling with this lot and even if I have to go to trading standards with their T&C's - I will. What I wont do is get any more cashback deals with them.... definitely one to avoid
I suggest that you write to them and tell them that if no suitable settlement is received within 7 days that you will start proceedings in the County Court in order to recover what you're owed. You can do this yourself quite easily. Here's a link to show you how it's done:

.......and remember all you e2save fans that routing your order via Quidco will net you a rebate of £36.50 at the moment.0

Id rather pay £30 extra over the 12 months and deal with e2save, than OSPS.0 -

To add there cashback system is the best I have found, example you get 7 months free line rental, each month send off bill and they pay you within 7 days direct to account. No need to save and apply on 4th, 8th, eg you get it straight away.
I have had no problems with them, they are part of dialaphone group.

They sound good but their website pricing and deals are very confusing. In most cases the links are different than the homepage deals?A bargain is something you don't need at a price you can't resist.0 -
osps and e2save are both owned by the carphone warehouse.
i have had quite a few deals from both and have always received my cashback. sometimes there have hassles like follow up calls but i certainly dont think that one is bette than the other and would always go with the one with the better deals0 -
Hi, I'm starting to think seriously about getting one of these 11 or 12 months free contracts. E2save seems to me like one of the "good ones" but because of all the horrors stories I'm reading about virtually all these schemes, I wanted to carefully read all the T&C's in detail before I'm taking the plunge. However, how easy is it to find them? For several websites I simply couldn't find them. For E2save, I found these (below), but is that it really? It doesn't seem to me like the huge complicated T&C conditions people are talking about? These are quite straightforward, really. The mobileshop.com are really similar. So, where's the catch? For ex, I wanted to know if I can use the phone with another sim card, if I can port my old number with no problem (can I do that a few month down the line, or do I need to do that immediately, etc etc) but these doesn't seem to be covered by the T&Cs at all. Except if the actual T&C's you receive with your phone are different?
Thanks for enlightning me!
