I have bought new mobile contract from E2Save through Quidco in March, and still waiting for £36.50 cashback from Quidco. Twice send complaints, but they have replied that my order and customer ID were not matching; it was silly every thing was correct; they just don’t want to pay this cash back.

When rang to E2save, they said that they wont offer any money thorugh Quidco.

I think E2Save has stopped paying cash back through Quidco, also they are very tricky in all usual cashbacks. Please be careful.

Any ideas welcome, please help me.
    Total Debts - £11697.29
    Total Savings - £4500.00
    Total Assets value - £26126.62

Have you gone through the Quidco proceedures for chasing cash back? Also might be an idea to tell quidco that e2save have said they won't honour cash back. If they aren't paying then they shouldn't be on the quidco site!!!

Twice I have made complaint in Missing or Incorrect Earnings enquiries, and first Enquiry was Untracked, as the Response from Merchant. "Enquiry Unsuccessful incorrect order number - cannot match order". but all numbers were correct. Second complaint - Quidco is not responding.

You must ensure the order number is the one on the original order on-line, not any number on the documents arriving with the phone. E2Save have always been reliable on uidco and that hasn't changed recently in my experience. Always delete temporary internet files and delete cookies before logging on and ordering via Quidco.
