Network contract with you is NOTHING to do with the dealer; cancel your driect debit and the nightmare would REALLY begin and you wouldn't have a leg to stand on!
Seems MSE were quick in pulling the post you were replying to, probably due to the bad use of English (can't think that the shameless self advertising of a website could be the reason!?)

I replied too (similarly to your message)....
As I quoted his whole message (including sig), it all went! :rotfl:Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
E2save has been good for me in the past. But at the moment, with their appalling terms and conditions, I wouldn't touch them. It's far too risky.
Steve,
e2save has been good to me too in the past. I was just about to get a new 12 month free deal with them till I saw your comments. What has e2save introduced to their t&c making it more risky?0 -

1. They have made so that you have to reclaim upto 5 times. Thereby increasing the risk of failure.
2. You have to count the days to the correct bills. Not sure if that relates to bill numbers.
3. You have to send original bills, and within 30 days. So if they don't get there, or e2save say they haven't arrived there, how would you obtain another set and resend them within the 30 day slot?
4. They say that they will send you all claim information with your purchase. But if they don't you've got only 10 days to get it from them.
5. If you miss one claim, then you forego the remaining ones.
6. If you claim early they will charge you £10
7. Make a duplicate claim and they will charge you £10. So if a claim goes missing and you somehow manage to acquire a second set of orginals in time, and they subsequently find the missing lot, you would incur the £10 charge.
8. You cannot put multiple claims in one envelope or they will shred one of them.
Harldy very 'user friendly' are they? To my mind they are sailing close to the wind and it's my belief that if taken to court that they would lose. Any right thinking judge would say that their terms are unduly biased and I believe that most would set the contract aside.0 -

I cant see that being the case either, if thats in the T+C then I'll eat my hat !! There is no way in the world that would be the case.0 -
I agree. Besides; I know those t&c inside out and the ONLY thing remotely related is IF you return the phone!0
