just another thing and you may not know,

but someone said report him to the police but how could i, i have no proof, i have hospital reports i guess of my scolding and when he kicked me in the head repeatly and i have been left with a nerve problem he has done this twice, but i made up stories saying that it was a accident and re the animals, i blamed that on my little brother saying he had dropped them or been over zealous with thems

I am sure that you're not the first and will not be the last person, who didn't tell the truth the first time around. But you must now, for your own safety, make a list of everything, including dates if you can, were other people around, do your neighbours ever hear anything? - you have the hospital and vets reports/bills, and the police will know how to deal with this, they have specialist units who deal with DV.

Take original important documents and important items bit by bit to your families houses, so that he can't destroy them, bit by bit start removing yourself from this horrible situation.

Life is about give and take, if you can't give why should you take?
  • I can se that the op has not posted in quite some time, I hope that you are ok. You are everything he is nothing. Money is unimportant, you however are important and need to realise that no matter how much you love this abusive, controlling and probably Mr popular with his friends person, that he is infact a complete !!!! wipe. Just get out, you are 28 by no means over the hill, in fact still quite a spring chicken.

Do yourself a favour and leave. This wont stop your heartache at first but it will be the best thing you will ever do.
    Loving the dtd thread. x
