It will be on the day o2 is activated on your line so yes, when the switch happens. Thats when Virgin confirms you are no longer their customer. Up until then and even when you have placed your o2 order, you are still using Virgin services therefore a Virgin customer.
Hope this helps. x
Thanks for the help.0 -
Hi
We have a very poor connection when my hubbie connects the Xbox live. He has a lot of lag and disconnections (connected ethernet), and it usually knocks me off wireless on the laptop and I cant connect again until he is fininshed. I asked on a different forum and was told it was prob the ping. At this stage I dont think I will be renewing if I cant get it sorted. When I ring O2 they say there is nothing wrong with the line so wont do anything.0 -
no matter how bad the ping (57ms isn't too bad) you should't get kicked off the wireless when another device connects, maybe the router needs resetting....overheating maybe..? try the router on an angle or its side)Utinam logica falsa tuam philosophiam totam suffodiant.0

I have tried it at different angles, and have tried resetting it on various occasions (its the first black router, but was told I couldnt get one of the newer ones). It is O2 access we have (not LLU enabled). Will the stats be similar if we move to BT. Have heard a lot of complaints about O2 congestions and pings recently.0 -

Oh, and when I pinged bbc.co.uk, the pings were over 200ms.0 -

Quick question, got a text yesterday saying my wireless box etc. would be delivered today, it hasn't, not heard from them or the courier company. Any idea why or what happens next?
Give the courier a call or check on line using the text they sent you re: delivery.
Here's the weblink http://www.dpd.co.uk/
Is your line live yet?
Mine did arrive today but my line isn't ready!0 -
