While its very good of eco21 and all other users to be posting help on this thread eco21 is not confirmed as an 02 representative and as such please keep the questions generic and don't give out personal details to anyone on MSE, thanks.
You can check your exchange on the 02 website http://broadband.o2.co.uk/home/index.jsp

I cant remember what package there on as I got them some discount when I spoke to orange over the phone last time as they were playing about £23 and I got it down to £18 unlimited at the time which wasnt a bad deal.
There don't have Orange mobile there on o2 you see and with llu on there exchange getting the up to 8meg unlimited for £7.34 was what we were aiming for.0 -
Please help - trying to sign up via Quidco for the cashback. The O2 site keeps bombing out after I select which package and log into my 02 account. I tried signing in 1st but it still bombs out at the same point.
I'm not sure if it because I created another 02 username which I first signed up for bluebook service.
I tried calling the O2 helpline who claim not an issue with the website.....In the words of Jerry Maguire "SHOW ME THE MONEY"0 -
Nex0 Any Orange plan with the Nokia 6301 gets you £5 Broadband Unlimited - that gives you a 2nd phone line ( they may have this already ) with 3000 mins free calls to Orange mobiles, 01/02/03 landlines & 100 international landlines - all 24/7 calls
your Nokia 6301 also bags, 1000 mins of a mix of 30 international landlines, Orange mobiles & 01/02/03 UK landlines when calls are routed over the provided Orange modem/livebox & also any other wi-fi that supports it ( my experience is 90% out & about )
this is what im on & it saves me a absolute fortune
you could get 1 of the plans that gives unlimited landlines or texts from your mobile & never pay BT in calls a penny again
im moving to BT BASIC & that means £30 a quarter for broadband & BT line rentalis this possible for them ?
