  • I tried to get on the e7even site tonight and there is a security alert message stating that there is a problem with the sites security certificate has anyone else had this problem? My broadband has been working well this week and after I complained that I was getting no emails they mailed me with a ticket no., so their mail came through ok then my mail started arriving and some mail that had been sent weeks ago arrived two days ago just like snail mail I wonder where it had been? and I have still not had a tech response as promised ah well.

There is a big problem also with the E7 website. Even on my Zen connection it comes through slower than a response from E7s customer service at the moment....lol.

Considering that EVERY other site is OK (that I've tried recently) and the fact that I've not a even had 1 minutes slowdown or disconnection with Zen since I've joined them (approx 1 year). I would put this down to another problem with E7 (of course they will probably say you've typed in the wrong address to try to blame anyone but themselves......going on their record recently).

I like the idea that someone posted over at the adslguide forum............

E7 are aiming for a scratchcard type lottery. Anyone that logs on and gets a tick amongst the crosses will get a prize........lol. I see they are doing their best to reduce their service down to one tick at the moment.

  • Off all day yesterday and no broadband this morning. The freephone number isn't working and the instructions for changing the username don't work either so not very happy at the moment.

Is this a record? I have just downloaded my mail and a post that was sent on the 30th Jan has just arrived, we often have this problem with snail mail as our mail can visit other places in the country with the same name at least we can track where its been via the stamp marks!

    Security Alert

You are about to view pages over a secure connection

Any information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed by anyone else on the Web

In future, do not show this warning

Josieb, Do not worry about the security alert at their site.
It is only happening because it is a *secure* site that uses https://

It is because of your browser settings. It is quite safe !

When it appears just tick the little box that says "In future, do not show this warning"

    Problem solved !

Now you can check their awful network status updates for yourself :)
