Does anyone know whether the MFI Devonshire doors are matched to the Howdens Burford range.

    Thanks

    Alastair
Dont know, but its been mentioned many times on this thread that howdens used to supply mFI..
  • I have now received a refund on my Tesco Credit Card for my MFI purchases that I never received. It was not showing yesterday, so guess they must be working through them.
  • does anyone have anything from the copenhagen range? i need about 5 various sized doors, i managed 2 get a few other bits i needed on ebay but now im struggling,
howdens dont appear to have anything and the B & Q beech kitchen is ever so slightly darker in colour.

I wrote off to my Lloyds TSB Mastercard for a refund at the beginning of December. After numerous telephone calls, they eventually wrote back to me on 4 January asking for paperwork, which I sent to them on 10 January 2009, I haven't heard anything since. Am I being too impatient or should I start hassling them bigtime!! Any advice please:mad:???

Anyone know where I can source a white gloss 700cm heigh baltic bathroom door. Width isn't important, but the MFI doors seem to be a funny length :-(

Has anyone waiting on refund from cash, debit purchases received their money? I filled out proof of debt form in adobe and emailed it.I had thought the email address given was for refunds only but the automated response I got shows that its also for general enquires.Im worried that it will take ages to be read.Perhaps posting would have been the best thing to do.Did anyone else email?

  • I'm new to this site but I must say that I have found the information in these forums very helpful. We purchased an MFI kitchen (£1200) for delivery on 20th December using a Halifax credit card. Following the collaspe of MFI, I sent off the MSE Section 75 letter just after Christmas and after some form filling over the last couple of weeks we have just recieved confirmation of our refund. However the letter did have the following caveat:

"the merchants bank may disagree with our actions and contact us with more information"

Not entirely sure what this means but I'm just glad we can put this sorry saga behind us.

Good Luck in getting your MFI refunds
