  • Hi
We ordered our kitchen in Sept and most of it arrived in November (but no appliances). We need a 150mm x 600mm base unit door for malton oak - any suggestions? Howdens don't do that size and the units on ebay won't really work.

    thanks

Yippee, got my money back today. £6500 refund on my CC from Nationwide.

Now to look for a new kitchen... again. Mind you once bitten, twice... i'll be making sure that I can take it away with me.

    Hi henm01,

    Thanks,

No I didn't receive any of my kitchen.

I sent my letter with supporting copies of MFI order etc and then I followed up with a couple of phone calls. I don't know if the calls hurried any thing up. It did make me feel better and strangely things moved along very quick after my second call... maybe it did help.

I would call Barclaycard and just query how things are going and if there is anything further that you can do to hurry it up ;) . Either way I wish you well and hope you are successful.

    Cheers

  • Tesco clubcard creditcard credited my account today, but only for what I spent on the card £2250,they have now passed my claim to another department in respect of the £750 deposit I paid using my debit card. I informed them in my original letter(Dec 1st 2008) that I was claiming the full amount under section 75 even though the deposit was made using a debit card. They said they have a huge backlog in the exceptions dept.
