Congrats. Did you receive any of your kitchen from MFI? I am still waiting to hear from Barclaycard re my claim0 -
Hi henm01,
Thanks,
No I didn't receive any of my kitchen.
I sent my letter with supporting copies of MFI order etc and then I followed up with a couple of phone calls. I don't know if the calls hurried any thing up. It did make me feel better and strangely things moved along very quick after my second call... maybe it did help.
I would call Barclaycard and just query how things are going and if there is anything further that you can do to hurry it up. Either way I wish you well and hope you are successful.

Tesco clubcard creditcard credited my account today, but only for what I spent on the card £2250,they have now passed my claim to another department in respect of the £750 deposit I paid using my debit card. I informed them in my original letter(Dec 1st 2008) that I was claiming the full amount under section 75 even though the deposit was made using a debit card. They said they have a huge backlog in the exceptions dept.
