i have ordered the kennington range .i am missing 2 x 935 L corners ,1 x 400 wall door 5 worktops i sink 6 clad end but i have a load of stuff in my front room,i had my stuff delivered on the 24/11,why did they deliver my stuff last week when there is so many people short on there items,it dosen't make any sense,What are you short of henm01

I ordered my bedroom furniture 'The Sara' range back in August (after saving for months to pay for it, hence I paid on debit card!!!) and was expecting delivery on 06/12/08. Obviously this is now not going to happen and by the sounds of it I won't be receiving a refund either :mad: . The furniture was going to form part of "my dream bedroom", everything has been decorated around this furniture and I'm totally gutted which I am sure everyone is!! I haven't been able to find any furniture like this anywhere else, does anyone have any suggestions PLEASE???

As with most people, am stuck with the MFI Administration problem. Back in the summer we bought a kitchen and appliances through MFI on their buy now, pay later scheme. We managed to wangle a 1 year delay on our payments, so we won't need to start paying until July 09.
However, we are missing 3 appliances and a number of handles and goodness knows when/if we will ever get those items. My understanding is that we can claim from the finance company as we don't have a complete order. However, do we just claim for the missing goods, or can we claim for more because we don't have a complete kitchen and they are in breach of contract ?

Please help - anyone - someone ?!

Bedford MFI stores all Kutchen Lab kitchens once delivered from Germany, if anyone wants contact details let me know as they had 70 odd Kutchen kitchen that have been delivered over the last few weeks just sat around waiting to be collected!

I am really pleased for you. Great news. Hope for the rest of us.

Did you get a call on the day to say your delivery would be short? I did after waiting since early Sept for 26th Nov delivery. I was so cross to not receive the whole order.
Waiting for bottom half of the dresser unit, 2 units, dishwasher, end panels - kitchen fitters are fitting it as I type so no idea if any other items are damaged/missing - the whole thing is so stressful.

Hey,

would anyone know where I can obtain spare doors/drawers for the Hygena Hampstead range? I've had a look at howdens and they dont seem to do a similar range, have a 95% complete kitchen, just missing a few doors

I went into Wickes this lunchtime and they have a big notice up saying 'We will help all MFI customers'

I asked what this entailed and they said would help find bits, and match prices etc.

So might be worth looking in there, if the parts you are missing are not too specific.

Yes i did get a call ,i ordered 27/8 i played holy hell an they said they would give me £300 compo but thats gone up in smoke,i have the dresser unit,why the hell did'nt they give you the units and fulfil you order and have only one angry customer.

I have been trying since monday to get through on the phone like you said it either engaged or ringing off. I have also tried e-mailing and just get a generic auto reply. so how are we expected to keep in touch if all lines of communication are failing?

i got through yesterday and its the same infomation they give you as what is on the mfi /mcr web site they just don't know nothing,hopefuly i will hear Friday if the rest of my delivery will come on the 18/12
