    Hi,
I had a similar email on 27th November and decided to chase on 4th January, having not received a payment. I emailed the forum queries team and they responded and I received a cheque the next day. However, the cheque was for just over half the line rental for the first 4 months bills, so I have emailed them again asking for the balance. I would definately recommend chasing them soon.
Here's hoping for my cheque for the balance of the line rental soon! I will keep this forum posted with my experience - good or bad!

I had a response from the forum queries team who explained to me that the cashback was paid in 5 equal installments which I didn't realise. So as far as I am concerned I'm a happy customer so far, even though I did have to chase them for the cheque.
  • Don't give up people - finally got my £180 cashback cheque for October claim yesterday. It's now in the bank.

Looking forward to April now - hopefully should be less painful!

  • Just to let people know that I too received my Oct cashback via a cheque this week, even though I was promised it via BACS weeks ago.

I don't think I'd use them again - too much stress.

Sorry to hear of your experience Charles

I was worried about that disclosure and asked on here(this thread) as I had deliberately entered an incorrect answer on the form as I thought that it was wrong for them to request that.

They replied saying no problem - was done at request of network providers but no longer required, and that they would be changing the form.

I'm sure MO will be responding here to help you out. Have you emailed the forum team as well? ( forumqueries@themobileoutlet.co.uk ) I would do just in case. Good luck.

So what is the general consensus on this company as far as cashback is concerned?
Some people seem to be having problems getting their money, but then the company have come on here to help some out which is more than the other cashback companies do.
I think something was also said about the company perhaps going bust? any truth in that, will they still be around for the next 12 months to actually process all my claims if I sign up?
