hi ,

on a cash back deal with mobile outlet, 3 network 400mins/250txt , with sony k610i phone free for 12 months

what are my rights in cancelling this contract - i dont mind paying a small fee as i have changed my mind? I am still within 1 month of starting the deal...

I can't see that they will be drumming up much business with the problems
some members are getting regarding cashback.
Quidco is allowed a voice and some members aren't happy with them.

So I vote that they are allowed to continue for the sake of the members who are not getting any replies from the company.Always give them a chance to sort it out first and make sure you have not tripped up with the terms.

They have only been here since Sept 2006.Whilst I haven't read their 60+ posts,I can imagine that on a growing website like MSE (140k+ and 800K+ non members,plus the word getting round,these guys maybe be doomed.
Remember the phone company on Watchdog recently?

Contact the Trading Standards as they may have other issues with these guys.Companies can be good in changing their name and appointing new directors.

But they are paying many people, you are just hearing from the ones they haven't. I've just had £360 cashback and it only took me one email to chase up as the 28 days had passed (it was over Xmas though). The money was then paid by BACS within days.
