MOBILE OUTLET are a company that you DO NOT, under any circumstances, want to be dealing with. Not only do they come up with the most pathetic excuses not to pay your cash-back but they also avoid your complaints and do not follow THEIR OWN 'Terms and Conditions'.
They make it out as if you are the one in the wrong and refuse to listen to what you have to say about the matter. They do not keep their end of the deal but still manage to get away with it, as they deny any form of contact you may try to make with them.
I, myself, purchased a contract with the Mobile Outlet and due to a little misunderstanding, I was denied my cash-back. Even though this misunderstanding was cleared, within enough time, they they still refused and said that I was the one not sticking to the T&C. Because of this, for the remainder of the contract duration, I will not be receiving my cash-back and will be paying the full amount every month!
Just a few words of advice, be careful not to fall into the cash-back trick with this company, as you will regret it!

Well, at first I sent what I thought were the correct documents, this was no fault of mine. They replied to me telling me that the documents were incorrect! This was the misunderstanding. I then sorted this by sending the correct documents and on time! They still refused my cash-back saying that I was too late! I have proof that the bills were sent back within the 21 days. So you see, they are the ones in the wrong!
Hope you've understood.0 -

Worried now - I put in my 1st claim (at 6mths) and I see from the Royal Mail website that it was received and signed for on the 27th December. I haven't received any confirmation email yet - I hope this is not a sign of things to come - being wheelchair bound I have enough hassles in my life to deal with.
