i've heard else where of people going thru small claims - but I was in breach of there 21 day rule.

Try and pm the forum query team, I've found them very helpful...still to get my cashback though but hopefully moving in the right direction

Does anyone know how they calculate the 21 days? Is it just business days or is it 21 actual days? Their terms and conditions do not specify.

Generally it is to be assumed it is three calendar weeks.

Received e-mail from MO stating that they had received my cashback application and to allow 28 days to process payment.

This was received by me on the 5th December. Allowing for Xmas/New Year holidays, how long should I wait before chasing the payment, as nothing has been received yet?
